The Low Cost of High Quality

  Quality is cheap, really cheap. After putting a lot of time into the little details of your last proje The proof is in quality failure though. If you blow a client away with stunningct, it doesn’t really feel that way though, does it? Quality may not be cheaper up front for the client, but it is always cheaper for the vendor/contractor and the satisfaction levels on both sides are greater. quality, they return for more business and rework is avoided. Conversely, if you blow a client off with quality that pushes or goes below their expectations, the likelihood of retention is extremely low and the likelihood of costly rework is very high as well. There will always be larger businesses that can deliver lower quality for cheaper than you can, stick to your best and charge accordingly. Nobody does it like you can when you’re at your best
