It definitely sits in the solution space whereby providing a structured process, objectives can be achieved through collaborative workshops. It not only inspires empowerment but it also breaks the monotony of the boardroom meeting. A skilled facilitator can reduce unnecessary costs, productivity and waste of time during meetings. Facilitation is a specific skill that is used in project meetings to bring out the best and resolve the worst in a group, in service of a project goal.
