Este artículo surge de una publicación del 16 de marzo de 2011 de Mike Brown en Brainzooming quien a su vez retoma una pregunta de Kelli Schmith en Twitter. Mike propone esta lista (sin ningún orden en particular) de técnicas de Administración de Proyectos que usa cuando se está agotando el tiempo para completar un proyecto: Determinar qué cosas se estan entregando que no se han comprometido y dejar de gastar tiempo en ellas. Quitar aquellas cosas que “sería bueno tener”. Eliminar los requerimientos que puedan surgir en el camino pero cuya ausencia no será extrañada. Quitar las cosas cuya presencia sólo hace que el proyecto en general se vea más incompleto. Trabajar con una mentalidad explícita de “mejor terminado que perfecto”. Considerar respuestas de “alta probabilidad” (frente a esperar a que “ciertas” respuestas muy específicas).
